No, it's not. Because there is no pseudo-package for db.debian.org, and
from what I see there won't be any. And, like I pointed out to you
already before, the db.debian.org pages _do_ have that address in their
footers, so #271443 is moo in that context, or you are being ignorant in
that respect.
