There is a certain delay between the update of the database the search script uses and the update of the pages themself. Sometimes someone notices it ;) I like it this way over the other possibility to update the pages first and the search data afterwards. Yesterday the delay might have been a little longer since the update script was apparently interrupted by a reboot of the machine.
