Why do you want to do this? One should always assume that the pages are valid. Validation checks of the site can run as usual in the background and are available from people.debian.org. I'm not strongly against adding w3 validation logos but I don't know a good reason for this. It would also distract from the content of the page as at the moment already a large part of each page is filled with the footer (language selection, copyright).
