Starting at http://packages.debian.org/testing/ - Select "Getting Debian" - Select "mirrors" - Select "list of Debian mirrors" Alternatively, pick a package of interest, then an architecture, then a list of mirrors will be displayed. They're not in a neat sources.list format, but most people may find using the "netselect" program a better method.
