problems with etter

HI.  Im a newbie whos just fed up with being attacked with worms and 
other shit.  n e ways.  I recently tried to download the ettercap 
0.7.3.orig.tar.gz and when i went to unzip it it said that i had to 
create its own archive.  Am i doin somethin wrong here.  hit me back. my
