Hrm. The actual reason for this was that the "all" database is created by just symlinking the newest of the other databases (which allows arch all packages to be up-to-date even if only one arch is updated per day). What I forgot was to blacklist kfreebsd-* and armel. The gnuab archive doesn't contain non-free packages so non-free Arch: all packages were broken once the symlink pointed to one of these architectures. I've manually fixed the symlink for now and will look into a more permanent solution.
