It appears that there is skew between the package versions listed on http://packages.debian.org/sid/XYZ and the list of files shown in the link. For example, if you go to
http://packages.debian.org/sid/libgdal1-dev it says that version 1.5.0-2 is available on amd64, yet if you follow the link to the list of files, the files in a 1.4.0-x version are listed.
