This probably explains it. The wiki sticks a "To" header on the
subscription mailings, claiming "[email protected]". This does
not seem like a good idea.

X-Vercetti-Sender-Verification: failed

Dear Wiki user,

You have subscribed to a wiki page or wiki category on "Debian Wiki" for change
notification.

The following page has been changed by AnibalMonsalveSalazar:
http://wiki.debian.org/Maintainers

------------------------------------------------------------------------------
   1. If the reason is 'I wanted a new key' then the new key must be strictly
more secure than the old key and 'reasonably' connected where 'reasonably' is
left up to the debian-maintainers keyring administrator and varies depending on
the circumstances of the Debian Maintainer in question.
   1. Anything else is at the debian-maintainers keyring administrator's
discretion and, in general, arbitrary key replacements without good cause will
be rejected.
