Hi,
the site www.debian.org/license.de.html says "Sie können unsere lokale Kopie
lesen, die neuste Version ist normalerweise unter unter
http://www.opencontent.org/openpub/ verfügbar". There should be only one
"unter" not "unter unter".
Attached patch fixes the problem.
