About the Lighttpd

HI~ :

     I have some questions of Lighttpd on Debian amd64 . I install Lighttpd,
php5, php-cgi, and some php package. I use command to start Lighttpd. Then i
write a php file call index.php.  I show it on browser , but show me 403
error for me .  The Lighttpd option file is ok, fastcgi is installed.

I want to run php file on Lighttpd, How can i do now?
