Encoded URLs are not functionnal. For instance, http://wiki.debian.org/fr/UTF-8 is reachable, but http://wiki.debian.org/fr%2FUTF-8 gives the following error: Not Found The requested URL /fr/UTF-8 was not found on this server. This causes problems with generated URLs, for instance ikiwiki's ‘debwiki’ shortcut.
