The instructions for Safari applies to all browsers on Mac except Firefox. Please make a generic instruction for Mac instead and indicate that it will work with Opera, Google Chrome, Safari, OmniWeb, Camino, and others. The separate instructions needed for Firefox on Mac is "set your preferred language at the top of the ordered language list in Firefox: Preferences: Content: Languages".
