International scientific history: Memorandum In 20 century,the mankind and the science begin make way into atom-nucleus's science,for nuclear science,have two line of knowledge: First line is:spreading the Quantum Mechanics into atomic-nucleus--->the wave function and the wavelength exceed range of nucleus and the question of "magnetic moment"and "spin angular momentum"and etc--->judgement:have not electron in nucleus--->protons and neutrons are composed nuclei,the neutron is not charged,with a maximum repulsion between protons--->Nuclei can not form a nucleus--->assume "stong interactions" and "weak interactions"--->to establish QCD modeled on the QED--->Quark model--->big explode theory,chord theory,...... Second line is:ZhongPingdong constant[atomic radius->Planck constant,nuclear radius->ZhongPingdong constant]--->electronic physics--->electron is within the nucleus--->new nuclear model [ZhongPingdong model]--->microphysics--->microchemistry. Who is right should be discussed with the experiment to identify,make the conclusion from the history and practice!
