Hello, Looking at < http://www.debian.org/devel/wnpp/index.html#howto-o > and at < http://www.debian.org/doc/manuals/developers-reference/pkgs.html#adopting > there is not obvious place which explains howto intend to adopt a package, a.k.a ITA. As I consider that is the facto standard procedure to adopt a package after it has been orphaned is to set bug ownership to new maintainer email address and retitle bug description with ITA tag, would it be sensible to enhance project documentation and website to describe ITA and its procedures?
