Package: www.debian.org
Severity: normal

http://www.debian.org/support#irc contains:

To connect, you need an IRC client. Some of the most popular clients are XChat,
ircII, irssi, epic4 and KSirc, all of which have been packaged for Debian.

This is a little outdated.

KSirc was removed with KDE 4 and is no longer supported. For KDE, I use Konversation: http://qa.debian.org/popcon-graph.php?packages=konversation (about 200 popcon votes) There is also kvirc, which apparently has more votes: http://qa.debian.org/popcon-graph.php?packages=kvirc

Both of these have more votes than ircII (~100) and epic4 (~15).

So please replace KSirc by at least Konversation.

I've just replaced KSirc with KVIrc: changes will be visible in few
hours.
Thanks for reporting it!
