There are remnants of the libtextcat package for sid/wheezy... examples:

- http://packages.debian.org/sid/libtextcat0
But nothing newer than 2.2-4 exists on the mirror:
ftp://ftp.us.debian.org/debian/pool/main/libt/libtextcat/
Is this a web site bug? Has libtextcat been removed? Or is it in some
state of transition?
