No, it's a bug (imo, anyway) in packages.d.o. There hasn't been a "defoma" package in sid since May 2012 - see http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=651494 The packages.d.o page you mentioned gives a couple of clues to this, where it mentions being unable to find the source package, but it could probably be clearer.
