As "name", "company", "address", "phone" + "email" etc. are usually not 
being translated at all, it comes down to "rates" and "additional information",
which is in English, and that's IMO how it should be indeed.


I want to provide a patch here to improve the text, what sort of information
is needed and what is optional + to document the new contact tag:
