Hi, The changelogs site is broken. Searching for any package gives a 404 because http://packages.debian.org/changelogs/pool/main/ is empty.
Although the contrib/ and non-free/ directories are populated with changelog information, they are unqueryable too due to missing entries in the main Sources file.
