This is what I recently added to address current situation.  Since I
wish to avoid translations to become "fuzzy". I take

- mass package removals when packages in unstable is temporary inconsistent.
+ mass package removals when packages in unstable are temporarily inconsistent.

Fixed in git repo (but not in web).
