Hi. The <URL:https://www.debian.org/releases/proposed-updates> mention that one should email [email protected] before uploading to proposed-updates. This is no longer true, and <URL: https://www.debian.org/doc/manuals/developers-reference/pkgs.html#upload-stable > have a more up to date description of the procedure. Perhaps the obsolete page should be removed or changed to point to the developers reference instead?
