In https://wiki.debian.org/Teams/Webmaster/ we have a "Get involved > Medium tasks" section with some other update tasks. My suggestion would be to create a similar entry for consultants data, with a child wiki page explaining the process of this maintenance work, and how can others (from the team or not) help on that.
