Hello, Here <https://www.debian.org/CD/faq/> under the section "How do I write an ISO image under Windows?" there are some software for writing ISO are listed.
The first program on the list "ImgBurn" installs with itself other programs without consulting the user, changes the default search engine and makes the internet browser open an ad page everytime a link is clicked. I think you should update that section. Burak
