CAN'T DOWNLOAD and INSTALL "cpp_4.9.2-2_armhf.deb" and gcc_4.9.2-2

I've tried every possible way to install package , even tried different
mirror downloads site. I have tried to install through APT and download it
with browsers but got nothing. Please help here. Thanks alot.
