Almost all of the pronouns in https://www.debian.org/devel/join are "they"/"them", but there are a few uses of "he"/"his" and one "(s)he" to refer to the applicant. Below is a patch to make them all consistent.
I haven't looked at the other languages (because I'm not super familiar with the norms for pronouns in other languages) so I'm not sure if the same issue exists in translations.
