Package: www.debian.org

Usertags: content
I like to remove very old and outdated content.
Links -> "Debian Linux Installation & Getting Started article in the Linux
Gazette" links to an article from 1997.
The section "Todo List" has two links which point to the same
page. The last addition to /doc/todo was in 2005.
/doc/topics is "DDP current topics". The last change of the content
was in 2000.
Any objections about just removing those?
"Problematic manuals"
I want to replace the whole section with a link to
https://salsa.debian.org/ddp-team/attic
We can then also remove doc/obsolete.wml
