Hello there, Ever since the Wheezy days, I have been using the secondary Debian mirror located here:
ftp.uwsg.indiana.edu/linux/debian/dists/ The mirror is no longer in the official list on the Debian site, but the mirror is still fully up to date. I still use it because it is a bit faster for me than the primary US mirror due to proximity. I just used it to upgrade from Stretch to Buster. —Kyle Kilpatrick
