Hi Kent

You have reached out the website's team mailing list (debian.org). The Debian 
User Forums (forums.debian.net) has a separate administration and system.

Anyways, I have just tested the Forums website (forums.debian.net) and it is 
working fine for me, on my computer and on my cel phone. Perhaps your ISP is 
blocking the access to you somehow. Have you tried contacting their technical 
support?
