I am very sorry for the number of messages in a row, but now i tried it with one particular VPN and it works.
I live in *Russia* and maybe the government is blocking something again... Without *VPN* i can't access https://wiki.debian.org *but i can access https://www.debian.org/ <https://www.debian.org/> and http://wilder.debian.org/ <http://wilder.debian.org/> !* VPN based in Netherlands doesn't help, but French one is OK. Can it be something on your side?
