It's a problem with the Makefile, not a translation problem.
For the chinese language variants, our Makefile does not detect when
to recreate the web pages.
The text of the web page does not change, but the included data (the
list of security issues) changes. For other translation this triggers
the rebuild of the web page, but not for chinese.
Thanks for reporting. I couldn't yet find the problem why this occurs.
