Hello,

Today I'm getting the following message;

-quote-

have remedied the problem.
-end quote-

when I visit packages.debian.org. The same happens when I go to
bugs.debian.org

It doesn't happen every time at packages.d.o, but it's occurred every
time I try to use bugs.d.o. I can avoid getting that 'you've
been blocked' response with 100% effectiveness by telling my browser to
spoof as Mozilla. However, I would prefer to not have to do that. My
usual browser is Pale Moon 34.3.1

I realise that this occurs due to additional measures being taken to
ensure bot scrapers don't grind everything to a halt, but I hope
something can be done to allow people that use the less well-known
browsers access to the Debian www space without having to jump through
hoops. Although I know how to work around the problem, not everyone will
know what to do, and may be to shy and/or embarrassed to ask.

Anything people in the Debian WWW can do to assist will be appreciated.
Thank you.
