Dear Maintainer,
while browsing the page https://wiki.debian.org/ProgrammingLanguage, in the "C"
section I came across the Crosstool page, https://wiki.debian.org/Crosstool.
While I am an experienced C programmer, I had never heard of Crosstool, so
clicked the link, to find there is no introduction saying what the tool is for
and why I would want to use it.
I did notice that the page has not been updated in over a decade.

Wikis are meant to be edited by users, please do. I've deleted the
page now.
