AFAIK wiki.debian.org is only a pseudo package, so bugs can be
assigned to it. I couldn't find a git repository for it.

Maybe the maintainer for wiki.debian.org is defined inside
https://bugs.debian.org/debbugs-source/

There's a private git repository for pseudo-packages on bugs-master.
I've updated it:

commit 3d3b690f5d7dd9d44824bfe2c7b335a01a342f6f
Author: Debbugs Administrators <[email protected]>
Date: Mon Aug 31 12:20:41 2026 +0000

    Update maintainer for wiki.debian.org
See https://lists.debian.org/debian-wiki/2026/08/msg00044.html and
    thread.
