Thanks for pointing this out.  I didn't have the rstart -> xutils migration
complete.  I have fixed up the preinst, postinst, and postrm to handle this
correctly (and fixed the syntax error in the postrm).

The fix will be in phase1v20 or phase2v1, whichever actually comes next.
