Yes it is (Branden, we love you). You may need to rebuild the E
menus, but I don't know how that is done (I don't use it myself).
The plan is that in XFree86 4.3.0, XTerm will automatically configure
itself depending on the user's locale, and none of this hackery will
be needed. This won't happen in 4.2.0. (Branden's latest 4.1.0
packages are, roughly, equivalent to what's planned for 4.2.0.)
