I've compiled xserver-xfree86 4.2.1-3 for Woody from source packages,
but sitation was even more horrible. But as you can see, I speak about
chipset 86C362, but lspci and X finds 86C368, so I've forced X to use
86C362 via Chipset "86C362" and everything's right now.
