I've built X4.3 from Daniel Stone's source, and I do not find it that spectecular, that is with the savage driver and the config I used previously, or a newly generated config, my monitor does not display anything for most resolutions since it is out of sync. Sometimes it does display the correct picture after cyling through all resolutions (and seeing somethng at 640x480), sometimes it doesn't. I am using the vesa driver now with no other changes to the config and this works fine. So how did you manage to use the saveage driver with the new version, what monitor do you have, do you get the modes (frequencies) you asked for in XF86Config-4? I did not try to reproduce this bug yet. Christian -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe". Trouble? Contact [EMAIL PROTECTED]
