I don't know how, but the last ugrade from 4.3.0-0pre1v1 to 4.3.0-0pre1v3 wiped out the X config file on my office PC completely. I saw some debconf menus asking me for my preferred screensize, refresh rate, and whether I've got a TFT. The next startup of X failed cause there was no config file.
The same upgrade on my PC at home worked without problems.
