Bug#216125: xlibs: deadkeys appear to be broken under pre1v3 with KDE

Hi,

I just checked and deadkeys work just fine (at least the `a example
you gave) with XFree86 4.3.0-0pre1v3 when setting
      Option  "XkbLayout"   "us_intl"
Could you please tell a bit more about your configuration?
