Hey I was going to report this as solved, seen that from yesterday the problem
is gone.
Thank for the hint though as have been 6 months of pain and I was really
curious about who/which to blame.
If I assume correctly, the patch is Driver/nouveau related, if you look at the
fedora bug other drivers could still be affected as well, so I don't know if
this bug should be closed.
