The r600g driver only ends up using LLVM in some rare corner cases such
as GL_SELECT / GL_FEEDBACK mode, which I'm not sure E17 or Google Earth
are hitting. You should probably make sure llvmpipe is working properly,
e.g. by comparing piglit quick-driver.tests results between LLVM
versions.
