I have updated the Sid VM at work and got a similar results there. No nvidia drivers in use there, so maybe this is less an xorg than a gnome issue. Surprisingly the enlightenment-everything module is affected as well. Sadly i lost the sources... and need to rebuild the whole efl/e libs in order to do better debugging.
