Debian 9 (clean installation) freezes (again and again) with nouveau drivers and nvidia GT-710 gr. card. The OS is working good after I installed the appropriate nvidia drivers but , according to your instructions , it is not the best choise for a safe system mainly because of any updates in the future. I agree but, there is not any other solution for me to keep the system alive.Working in the past with Debian Stable and the same hardware I had no problem with nouveau drivers.Thanks.F. Attard
