Bug#1105831: Target upstream 25.0.7 for trixie

This would be great, since there's at least one severe regression 
starting in 25.0.2 and 25.1.0 breaking recent versions of Proton on 
AMD GPUs, which is fixed in 25.0.6 (not yet in sid) and 25.1.1 (not 
yet in experimental).

I haven't bothered to file a Debian bug since it's already fixed 
upstream, but can if there's a risk of the fix not making it into 
Trixie until after the release.
