Then I think you should have named the orig.tar.gz differently, since its different than in the previous version. like xfree86_4.0.1f.orig.tar.gz I wonder how you got that uploaded, I thought the orig.tar.gz usually get uploaded (and in in the changes file) only with the initial upload (-1) of the package.
