Dear Maintainer, I had 'intel-gpu-tools' previously installed. System upgrade failed because the updated 2.2.1 release is being renamed and had a file clash with the old version. This is probably as simple as a 'Replaces: intel-gpu-tools (< 2.2-1)' in 'igt-gpu-tools'; or, well, something similar, but I have no actual on-the-ground experience in this...
