And of course I forgot to mention in my previous email, that I linked /etc/X11/xkb/xkbcomp to xkbcomp provided by 4.3.0 binary package and after that keyboard mappings work just fine (which is a matter of no surprise, because xkbcomp delivered in 4.2.1 debian package seg-faults while loading keyboard definitions). I also tried XFree86 provided 4.2.0 xkbcomp binary, which worked just fine. This gives me a strong feeling of broken debian binary, caused by either compile time options or other differences between debian binary and xfree86 provided binary.
