Bug#172526: [wacom] Patch for Cintiq support

For the record: This patch has been included in XFree86 4.3.99.2, but
was subsequently replaced by a more comprehensive patch by Frederic
Lepied. So this bug will be fixed by Debian packages of XFree 4.4.
