I made small addition to XFree 4.3 to get "multimedia" keys working in my Compaq Evo N620c laptop. At the moment I have "patch" for already installed 4.3 from experimental - http://hasso.linux.ee/linux/compaq-n620c-xkb.patch (at least other users have idea what they have to do to get it working).
I'd like to contribute it to the XFree, but what is right way to do it? Is there policy about such contributions somewhere (how these keyboard models should be named etc)? Please CC. -- Hasso Tepper KDE Estonian Team
