This is mostly finished, I added ca (replaces ca and ca_enhanced), ch (replaces de_CH and fr_CH), hu (replaces hu*), jp, mn and vn. It needs more testing and polishing, I will certainly commit within ~24 hours. Remaining problematic layouts are az and bs, plus some obscure variants (lt_*, ro2, ru_yawerty, etc.) which are more or less superseeded by recent versions under symbols/pc/ and should be removed.
